These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the online store available at efimtsevnicholas.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions before completing the purchase.

The online store offers photographic prints, photographic artworks, gift certificates and related products.
Each product page provides the applicable information regarding the artwork, format, materials, edition where applicable, and price.
Photographs displayed on the website are intended to provide an accurate representation of the artwork. However, slight variations in colour may occur depending on the customer’s screen, display settings, printing process and materials used.
4.2 Limited Editions
Where a work is sold as a limited edition, the edition size and available number are indicated on the relevant product page where applicable.
Once the stated edition has been sold out, no additional copies will be produced within that edition.
4.3 Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€).

The applicable price is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
