Out of
season
Normandy coast
Out of Season is a portrait session on the Normandy coast, far from the summer crowds — when the beaches are empty, the light is low and the sea sets the mood.
You travel to Normandy. I take care of everything else: wardrobe, hair and makeup, locations and timing. We work with the light of the coast — early mornings, sunrise, fog and sunset.
The result is not holiday photos, but portraits made with the same approach I bring to editorial work for Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Esquire.
Far from the summer crowds — when the beaches are empty, the light is low and the sea sets the mood.
The place
Coast
Open shoreline, wide beaches and the sea — space, wind and texture.
Town
The streets of a Normandy seaside town — facades, cafés and quiet corners without tourists.
Water
The breakwater, the pier, the lighthouse — and out on a boat, for frames you won’t get anywhere else.
The light
Early morning
Quiet streets and an empty coast. The whole place belongs to you.
Sunrise
Soft, low light over the water — flattering on skin, calm in mood.
Fog
Muted tones and depth — the most cinematic Normandy weather.
Sunset
Warm light at the end of the day for the final frames.
The session
Duration
2 to 2.5 hours, planned around the best light of the day.
Photos
20–25 retouched images, varied — portraits, full-length and atmosphere.
Styling
Wardrobe, hair and makeup are taken care of — you arrive, we shoot.
Travel
You travel to Normandy for the shoot; I plan the locations and the timing.
Who it is for
For those who want more than a photoshoot: a short journey to the sea, a slower pace and portraits with atmosphere — images you will keep for years, not scroll past.
For couples, for yourself, for a new chapter — or simply for the pleasure of the coast in the quiet months.
How it works
01 — Consultation
We talk about your idea, your dates and the mood. I prepare a mood board so you know what to expect.
02 — Styling
Wardrobe, hair and makeup are chosen for the light, the place and you.
03 — The shoot
On the coast, in town and on the water — at the best hour of the day.
04 — The photos
20–25 retouched images, selected and finished for you.
You travel to Normandy. I take care of everything else.
Stylisme
Garde-robe, coiffure et maquillage inclus.
