DELIVERY: 

DELIVERY COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTED PRICES.

FOR PRINTS:

Each artwork is carefully wrapped in protective film and placed in a sleek, narrow cardboard box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery within Europe is handled by trusted local services, including DHL, STUARTS, FEDEX, EUROSENDER, CHRONOPOST, UPS, and others. Estimated delivery time is between 10 to 14 business days.

FOR FRAMED ARTWORKS AND PRINTS ON COMPLEX SURFACES (METAL, GLASS, ETC.):

These pieces receive the highest level of protection. Each artwork is encased in shockproof film and secured within a custom shockproof wooden crate. Delivery within Europe is managed by the same reliable local services. Due to the additional care and handling required, delivery takes approximately 10 to 14 business days.

PICKUP OPTION:

For those in Paris, we offer the option of local pickup from the 18th arrondissement, providing a convenient and cost-effective alternative.

RETURNS:

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your artwork is damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To process a replacement, please follow these steps:

Notify Us Promptly:
Contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

Provide Documentation: 
Include clear photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping label to help us assess the issue.

Return the Damaged Artwork: 
We will arrange for the return of the damaged piece if necessary.

Upon verification, we will produce and ship a replacement artwork as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.

EXCLUSIONS

Minor variations in color or texture are not considered defects, as they are inherent to the artistic process and the materials used.
Damage resulting from mishandling after delivery is not covered under our policy.
