Terms and conditions

All shoots are conducted only with a signed contract. This contract establishes the terms, obligations, fees, and other important details regarding the services provided. To confirm the booking, a deposit is required. The contract governs the use of images, rights to the photos, responsibilities of both parties, and other crucial aspects. Below are the detailed terms for all types of shoots, including model tests, personal shoots, business portraits, wedding shoots, events, catalogs, lookbooks, campaigns, social media content photos, and product shoots.

CONTRACT AND PREPAYMENT
CONTRACT: All services, except for the “model test” service, are provided only with a signed contract. This contract defines the responsibilities of both parties, the cost of services, the working terms, the use of images, and other important conditions.
PREPAYMENT: The Client must pay a 50% deposit of the total cost of the shoot upon signing the contract. The shoot will be confirmed only after receiving the deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining 50% of the payment is due before or on the day of the shoot. If the shoot is rescheduled, the deposit is transferred to the new date.
The “model test” service is paid post-service and is provided without signing a contract.
IMPORTANT: In accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, the payment of the invoice must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the services or products. In case of delay, late payment penalties will be applied, at least three times the legal interest rate in force, or the rate of the European Central Bank increased by 10 percentage points. Furthermore, a fixed compensation of 40 € for collection costs will be required. If the payment deadlines are not respected, sanctions may be applied, up to 75,000 euros for individuals and 2 million euros for legal entities.
TRAVEL EXPENSES AND ACCOMMODATION
The Client is responsible for covering travel, accommodation, and per diems for the photographer and their team unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
LOCATION FEES, PERMITS, AND EQUIPMENT RENTALS: The Client is responsible for obtaining permits, paying location fees, and covering any equipment rentals unless stated otherwise in the contract.
SHOOT DURATION
BUSINESS PORTRAIT SHOOT: Duration of the shoot is from 1 to 2 hours.
MODEL TEST: Duration of the shoot is from 2 to 2.5 hours.
PERSONAL SHOOT: Duration ranges from 2 to 8 hours, with the option to extend at a rate of 200 EUR per additional hour.
LOOKBOOK, CATALOG, E-COMMERCE, CAMPAIGN:
FULL-DAY RATE: A full-day rate covers up to 10 hours of shooting, including breaks and setup time. If the shoot exceeds this time, an overtime rate at 2x the hourly rate will apply.
HALF-DAY RATE: A half-day rate covers up to 5 hours. If the shoot goes beyond this period, overtime charges will apply.
WEDDINGS AND EVENTS: Duration ranges from 2 to 12 hours, with the option to extend. The extension price depends on the conditions and complexity of the shoot.

IMAGE RIGHTS: All rights to the photos remain with the photographer unless specified otherwise in the contract. Image usage must be agreed upon in advance. The Client may use the images for personal purposes (social media posts, photo albums, portfolios, etc.).The Photographer may use the images for their portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. Any other use requires additional written permission from the photographer.Additional usage rights, outside the original agreement, will be subject to extra fees, no less than the full-day rate.

ORIGINALS: Original images in their unedited form will not be transferred to the Client unless agreed upon in writing. All images will be delivered in edited form (color correction, basic retouching). If the Client wishes to receive the originals or require more extensive post-production work, a separate agreement and additional payment will be required.

PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION: The printing of photographs, as well as their distribution in any form beyond personal use, requires prior agreement and must be stipulated in the contract. The costs associated with printing and distribution are not included in the initial service fee and will be billed separately based on the agreed terms.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

FORCE MAJEURE: The photographer is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to force majeure, including unpredictable weather, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events that prevent the shoot from taking place.
CANCELLATIONS: If the Client cancels the confirmed booking less than 72 hours before the shoot, they will be charged 50% of the agreed fee. If the Client cancels within 48 hours, they will be charged 100% of the agreed fee.
NO-SHOW: If the Client fails to appear without prior notice within 12 hours, the shoot is considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. The shoot will not be rescheduled.
RETOUCHING AND POST-PRODUCTION
BASIC RETOUCHING: Basic color correction and retouching (removal of minor imperfections, skin tone adjustments, basic image processing) are included in the price*
ADVANCED RETOUCHING: Any advanced retouching (object removal, body reshaping, complex manipulations) will incur additional charges and must be agreed upon in advance*

*These terms apply to the following types of services: model tests, personal shoots, wedding photography, event photography, and social media content shoots.
For commercial fashion shoots (lookbooks, catalogs, campaigns, image shoots), retouching is not included in the base service fee and is charged separately. The cost of retouching is determined based on the complexity of the work, deadlines, and volume. All retouching terms and associated costs are agreed upon in advance with the Client and documented in a signed contract.


CONDITIONS FOR SPECIFIC TYPES OF SHOOTS:

MODEL TEST

DESCRIPTION: Model tests are essential for building or updating your modeling portfolio. This service is designed to highlight your versatility, natural beauty, and ability to adapt to different looks and styles. Whether you’re just starting out or refreshing your portfolio, I’ll help you create high-quality, professional images that will stand out.
DURATION OF THE SHOOT: The shoot (model test) is expected to last between 2 to 2.5 hours.
SHOOT CONTENT: The shoot (model test) will include the creation of 10-12 professionally retouched photographs, featuring natural makeup and hair styling, as well as 2-3 different looks for the model. The shoot (model test) will encompass both indoor (studio) and outdoor (street) settings.
RATE OF THE SHOOT: The cost of a model test ranges from 350 to 500 euros per model, depending on the agreement, the type of contract, and the collaboration specifics.If the model or agency requires the photographs to be delivered within 1-2 days, an additional fee of 50% of the total shoot rate will apply.
IMAGE USAGE RIGHTS: The photographer retains all rights to the images produced during the shoot, including but not limited to the right to display and use these images for promotional purposes, exhibitions, on their website, Instagram account, and other social media channels, without any additional compensation to the model/agency. The Client may use the images for personal use, including social media and portfolio.
SELECTION OF IMAGES: In the case of a “model test” service, the selection of photos will be made by the photographer. The original photos will not be shown or given to the model or the modeling agency.
DELIVERY OF PHOTOGRAPHS: The final retouched photographs will be delivered within 7 bank/business days following the completion of the shoot. The images will be sent via a downloadable link on DropBox.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the date of the shoot was agreed upon and confirmed in advance, and the model does not show up, gets lost, or cancels the shoot on the day of the session without a valid reason or prior confirmation, a penalty of 50% of the total shoot rate will be charged.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the agreed-upon rate shall be made by bank transfer to the photographer’s bank account within 30 bank days following the completion of the shoot and delivery of all photographs, after the invoice is issued to the client.

PERSONAL SHOOT

DESCRIPTION: A personal photoshoot is the perfect opportunity to showcase your individuality, create unique looks, and capture memorable moments of your life. I will help bring your ideas to life through photos that will continue to inspire you for years to come.
SERVICE DETAILS:
Location: studio, outdoor locations, nature, or your home — the choice is yours.
Duration: from 2 to 6 hours. Extension is available at 200 EUR/hour.
Number of looks: unlimited — based on your preferences and the duration of the shoot.
Number of photos: 15 professionally edited photos are included in the cost. If you would like more photos, the cost for editing each additional photo is 12 EUR/photo.
Professional makeup artist and stylist: these services can be added upon request (cost to be discussed separately).
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Pre-shoot consultation: we will discuss the concept, create a mood board, and have a briefing to ensure the shoot aligns with your vision.
Concept discussion and briefing: detailed conversation about your ideas, preferred looks, locations, and goals for the photoshoot.
Location selection: I will help you choose the best spots for the shoot, whether it’s a studio or outdoor locations.
Posing guidance: I will guide you on how to pose so that your photos look natural and expressive.
Post-processing: professional retouching and color correction for 15 selected photos., If you would like more photos, the cost for editing each additional photo is 12 EUR/photo.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE:
Clothing: choose several outfits that reflect your style and the desired look.
Accessories: add personal touches like hats, jewelry, scarves, and other accessories to enhance your look.
Appearance: you can invite a makeup artist and stylist to create the perfect look (I can recommend professionals if needed).
CONTENT OF THE SHOOT: The Client can discuss the desired style, location, and other details with the photographer in advance. If needed, the Client will arrange for clothing, makeup, and hair.
IMAGE DELIVERY: The images will be delivered in edited form, and if the Client requires original files, a separate agreement must be made.
RATE OF THE SHOOT: The cost ranges from 500 euros, depending on the agreement, the type of contract, and the collaboration specifics. The cost of the photo shoot is contingent upon several factors, including the duration of the shoot, location, complexity, the volume of requested materials, and the type of equipment utilized for the project. These terms and conditions, as well as the specific details regarding pricing, shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties and clearly outlined in the contract between the contractor (photographer) and the client.
The agreed-upon rate may be subject to an additional fee if the client requests expedited delivery of the photographs. Should the client require the photos to be delivered within one (1) day after the shoot or within a 2-5 day period following the shoot, a surcharge of 50% of the total agreed-upon rate will be applied.
A separate estimate for any equipment costs related to the shoot will be provided and billed separately.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME FOR RETOUCHED PHOTOGRAPHS: The delivery timeframe for retouched photographs depends on the complexity and volume of the material. All deadlines are discussed with the Client in advance and documented in the signed contract, specifying the completion date.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISTRIBUTION OF ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS: The original files are confidential materials and may not be disclosed or distributed without the Photographer’s prior written consent. The Client agrees not to share the originals with third parties or use them for purposes not specified in the contract.
CANCELLATION: If the Client cancels the shoot less than 72 hours (3 days) before the agreed-upon date, the Photographer reserves the right to retain the deposit. If the cancellation occurs more than 72 hours (3 days) before the shoot, the deposit will be refunded in full.
RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is not possible if the request is made less than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled date. In such a case, it will be considered a cancellation, and a new booking will require full payment, including a new deposit.
If cancellation or rescheduling occurs due to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, medical emergencies, death, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party, these reasons must be supported by official documentation (e.g., a medical certificate, death certificate, or relevant official document). If no valid proof is provided, the cancellation will be considered unjustified, and the deposit will not be refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS: This service requires a 50% advance payment, payable in cash to the Photographer or by bank transfer to the Photographer’s account prior to the start of the shoot. If payment is not received, the booking is considered unconfirmed. The advance payment is documented in the contract. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the shoot. In exceptional cases, payment may be made within 3 business days following the shoot, provided this arrangement is specified in the contract.

BUSINESS PORTRAITS

DESCRIPTION: A business portrait is a professional photoshoot designed to help you create a strong and memorable image for your personal brand, resume, corporate website, or social media. It’s the face of your business that speaks for you before you even say a word.
SERVICE DETAILS:
Duration: 1-2 hours
Location: in a studio, at your office, or on location of your choice.
Number of final photos: Basic Package – 7 selected and professionally retouched photos. Price: €350, Extended Package – 15 selected and professionally retouched photos. Price: €500.
Outfit changes: 1-3 looks (includes outfit and style changes).
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Pre-shoot consultation: we’ll discuss your goals, style, and the overall mood of the photoshoot to create an image that aligns with your professional identity.
Wardrobe guidance: recommendations on clothing and accessories to achieve the desired look.
Professional lighting and equipment: I provide high-quality lighting and a seamless shooting process.
Photo editing and retouching detailed: retouching of the selected photos to highlight your strengths while maintaining a natural look.
Access to a preview gallery: You’ll be able to choose the best shots for final editing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE:

WEDDING SHOOT

DESCRIPTION: Wedding Photography captures the most precious moments of your special day, creating timeless images that reflect your love story. Whether it’s an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, this service ensures every detail, emotion, and candid moment is beautifully preserved.
SERVICE DETAILS:
Duration: From 4 to 12 hours, depending on the chosen package.
Location: Ceremony, reception, and additional locations for couple and group portraits.
Number of Final Photos: depends of the package: Basic package – 300 professionally edited images (€1500), Extended package – 600+ professionally edited images (€2500), Maxi package – Full-day coverage with two photographers, 800+ images, and a premium photo album (€4500).
Delivery Time: Final images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks via an online gallery.
Expedited Delivery: Available within 7 days for a €650 surcharge.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Pre-wedding consultation: a meeting (in person or online) to discuss your vision, preferred photography style, wedding schedule, and special requests.

ADD-ONS & CUSTOMIZATION:

Drone Photography: Aerial shots of the wedding venue and ceremony (€400).
Extra Hours: €300 per additional hour beyond the agreed package.
Destination Weddings: Travel and accommodation costs apply for weddings outside the main service area.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE:
Wedding schedule: a detailed itinerary to ensure smooth coverage of key events.
Shot list: any specific photo requests (e.g., must-have family portraits, special moments).
Location details: addresses of ceremony, reception, and additional photo shoot spots.
Contact person: a designated coordinator (e.g., wedding planner, family member) to assist on the day.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS:
Deposit requirement: To confirm and secure the wedding photography service for the agreed-upon date, the Client is required to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee at the time of booking. The booking is considered unconfirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of 70% of the total service fee must be paid in full no later than 7 calendar days before the wedding date. Failure to complete the final payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking, with the deposit being retained by the Photographer as compensation for the reserved date.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer or cash, as specified in the contract. The Client is responsible for any transaction fees that may apply.
Late Payments: In the event of late payment, the Photographer reserves the right to apply penalties in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, which includes late payment interest at a rate of three times the legal interest rate in force, or the European Central Bank rate plus 10 percentage points. A fixed compensation of €40 for collection costs will also be charged.
Additional Services & Expenses: Any additional services requested beyond the initial agreement (e.g., extra hours, expedited editing, additional prints, or albums) must be confirmed in writing and paid for in advance or as agreed upon in the contract.
Non-Refundable Deposit & Cancellation Policy: The 30% deposit is strictly non-refundable, as it compensates for the reservation of the date and any preparatory work undertaken by the Photographer. In case of cancellation by the Client, the deposit will not be returned. If the Client cancels the booking less than 30 days before the wedding date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed-upon fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the wedding, the full amount (100% of the total fee) will be due.
Force Majeure & Rescheduling: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, serious illness, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent the wedding from taking place on the scheduled date, rescheduling may be considered upon mutual agreement, subject to availability. The deposit will be transferred to the new date, provided the change is agreed upon in writing. If the Photographer is unable to accommodate the new date, the deposit remains non-refundable.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation by the client: In the event that the Client chooses to cancel the wedding photography services, the following refund policy will apply: More than 60 days before the wedding date: The Client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit of 30%, which is retained as compensation for the reserved date and preliminary work undertaken. Between 30 and 60 days before the wedding date: A refund of 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued. Less than 30 days before the wedding date: No refunds will be provided, and the full agreed-upon amount remains payable. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or registered mail. The effective cancellation date is the date on which the Photographer receives written notice from the Client.
Cancellation by the photographer: In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., personal emergency, illness, or other serious matters), the Client will be offered the following options: a full refund, including the deposit, a replacement photographer of equivalent skill and experience, subject to the Client’s approval. If the Client agrees to a replacement, all payments will be transferred to the new photographer.
FORCE MAJEURE & RESCHEDULING: If the wedding cannot take place on the scheduled date due to force majeure events beyond the control of both parties—such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, serious illness, or other emergencies—rescheduling will be considered under the following terms: the Photographer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability, if rescheduling is not possible due to the Photographer’s prior commitments, all payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded, If the Client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
The Photographer is not responsible for any indirect costs or losses incurred due to force majeure events.
IMAGE USAGE RIGHTS:
PHOTOGRAPHER’S RIGHTS: By booking the wedding photography service, the Client acknowledges that the Photographer retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all images captured. The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website, marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes.
CLIENT’S RIGHTS: The Client receives a personal, non-commercial license to print, share, and distribute the edited images for private use. However, the Client may not alter, edit, sell, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Photographer.
PRIVACY & EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: If the Client prefers that their wedding images remain private and not be used for promotional purposes, an exclusive rights agreement can be arranged for an additional fee. This fee compensates for the Photographer’s lost marketing and portfolio opportunities. The specific terms and amount of the exclusive rights fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
RAW FILES & EDITING POLICY: The Photographer retains full creative control over the editing and retouching process. RAW (unedited) files will not be provided under any circumstances, as they do not represent the final artistic vision of the Photographer. The delivered images will be professionally edited in accordance with the Photographer’s style and quality standards.
By proceeding with the booking, the Client agrees to the above terms regarding cancellation, image usage, and editing rights. All terms and conditions are legally binding as outlined in the signed contract.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

DESCRIPTION: Event Photography captures the most important moments of your corporate events, private celebrations, conferences, brand activations, and special occasions. This service ensures high-quality, professionally edited images that highlight key interactions, emotions, and the overall atmosphere of your event.
SERVICE DETAILS:
Duration: From 2 hours to full-day coverage, depending on the event’s scale.
Location: Indoor or outdoor venues, including corporate offices, event spaces, and private locations.
Number of Final Photos: On average, 50-100 high-resolution, fully edited images per hour.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 10 business days. Expedited processing (within 24-48 hours) is available at an additional cost.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Pre-Event Consultation: Discussing the event schedule, key moments, and client expectations.
Professional Coverage: Capturing candid and posed moments, speakers, guests, venue details, branding, and important interactions.
Post-Production Editing: Color correction, lighting adjustments, cropping, and minor retouching to ensure high-quality results.
Online Gallery & Delivery: Final images will be delivered via a private online gallery or downloadable link in both high-resolution and web-optimized formats.
SERVICE PACKAGES: Standard Package: €900 – 2 hours of coverage, 100+ edited images, Half-Day Package: €1,500 – 4 hours of coverage, 200+ edited images, Full-Day Package: €3,900 – 8 hours of coverage, 400+ edited images. Additional hours: €350 per hour, express delivery (within 48 hours): +30% surcharge.
CLIENT PREPARATION: Event Schedule: Provide a detailed timeline, including key moments to be captured (e.g., speeches, awards, performances). Venue Details: Share information about the location, lighting conditions, and any restrictions on photography. Branding & Key Guests: If specific individuals or branding elements must be highlighted, provide a priority list.
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS: deposit 50% upfront deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
CANCELLATION: more than 7 days before the event – full refund of deposit. 3-7 days before the event – 50% of the deposit is non-refundable. Less than 48 hours before the event – no refunds.
IMAGE USAGE & COPYRIGHT: The photographer retains copyright over all images. Clients receive unlimited personal and commercial usage rights for internal, marketing, and promotional purposes. Additional licensing or exclusive rights are available upon request at an additional fee.

CATALOG

Description: Catalog Photography is designed to create high-quality, consistent, and professionally styled images for use in product catalogs, lookbooks, e-commerce platforms, and marketing materials. This service ensures that each product is showcased with precision, maintaining a cohesive visual identity that aligns with your brand’s aesthetic. Whether for print or digital distribution, our catalog photography guarantees clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal to attract customers and enhance sales.

SESSION DETAILS:

Duration: 4 to 10 hours, depending on the number of products and complexity of the shoot.
Location: Professional studio, on-location (upon request), or your business premises.
Number of Final Photos: Basic Package – 30 professionally retouched images – €900, Extended Package – 80 professionally retouched images – €2000, Custom Package – Based on specific project requirements; pricing available upon request. Product Variations: The price is determined by the number of products, angles, and variations (e.g., color, size). Additional products will be charged at €25 per item.

What’s Included:

Pre-shoot Consultation: Discussion of branding, styling, product specifications, and overall creative direction to ensure alignment with your company’s vision.
Concept & Styling: Creation of a consistent and brand-appropriate visual approach, including background selection, lighting setup, and product arrangement.
Studio Setup & Equipment: Professional lighting and high-resolution cameras to capture products in their best form, highlighting texture, color accuracy, and details.
Post-production: Retouching includes color correction, background cleaning, and minor imperfections removal. Advanced editing (such as background removal or compositing) is available for an additional fee.

Whether you’re building your brand, promoting a new product, or simply boosting your online presence, this service will help you create engaging images that align with your content strategy and appeal to your audience.

Number of Final Photos: Basic Package – 15 selected and professionally retouched images. Price: €600, Extended Package – 30 selected and professionally retouched images. Price: €1200.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY: Product photography uses specialized equipment, including macro lenses and lighting setups. Images can be used for online stores, catalogs, advertising, and print materials.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: If additional services such as stylists, makeup artists, or models are needed, these costs will be agreed upon separately and paid by the Client.
MODEL RELEASES AND PERMISSIONS: The Client is responsible for securing any necessary model releases or permissions for people featured in the photos.
FORMAT AND DELIVERY: All images will be delivered in high-resolution formats. Special format requests (e.g., for print or specific resolutions) must be agreed upon in advance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Photographer is not liable for any damage or loss of the Client’s property or any third-party claims arising from the use of the images. In cases of unavoidable delays, such as illness, weather, or technical failure, the Photographer will work to reschedule the services but cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages.
POST-PRODUCTION AND EDITING: The Photographer will provide a specified number of edited images. Additional edits or requests for specific styles of editing can be arranged at an additional cost. Any alterations to the Photographer’s work must be approved in writing.
EQUIPMENT AND LOCATION ACCESS: The Client is responsible for providing any necessary access to the location or venue for the Photographer and their team. The Photographer will provide all necessary equipment, but if additional equipment is requested by the Client, the cost will be covered by the Client.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS: The Photographer retains the copyright of all images. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images for the purposes outlined in this contract. Any additional usage, including commercial use, must be agreed upon separately, with corresponding fees applied.
