WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If a shoot is canceled on the same day, the 50% deposit will not be refunded and will be retained by the photographer.

Yes, all photoshoots are conducted under a signed service agreement to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE SHOOT?
Clothing: Bring several outfits that align with the desired look.
Accessories: Add items like hats, scarves, and jewelry for variety.
Makeup and Hair: Natural styling is included for model tests, but a professional makeup artist or stylist can be arranged upon request (additional cost applies).
CAN I SELECT ADDITIONAL PHOTOS FOR EDITING?
Yes, you can choose extra photos for retouching at 12 EUR/photo beyond the agreed number included in the package.
DO YOU OFFER LOCATION SUGGESTIONS?
Absolutely! I can recommend both indoor studios and outdoor settings based on the style of your shoot.
ARTWORKS:
HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS PACKAGED FOR DELIVERY?
Each artwork is carefully wrapped in protective film and placed in a sleek, narrow cardboard box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Framed artworks and prints on complex surfaces receive the highest level of protection, encased in shockproof film and secured within a custom shockproof wooden crate.
WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE?
Deliveries within Europe are handled by trusted local services, including DHL, STUARTS, FEDEX, EUROSENDER, CHRONOPOST, UPS, and others.
WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?
For prints, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days. For framed artworks and prints on complex surfaces, delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.
IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Yes, for clients in Paris, we offer the option of local pickup from the 18th arrondissement, providing a convenient and cost-effective alternative.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange for the return of the damaged piece if necessary and produce and ship a replacement artwork at no additional cost.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
ARE MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOR OR TEXTURE CONSIDERED DEFECTS?
Minor variations in color or texture are not considered defects, as they are inherent to the artistic process and the materials used.
